RaceEdge Extension — Privacy Policy

What RaceEdge is

RaceEdge is a browser extension for YAUPICKS members. It reads live horse-racing odds from bookmaker and Betfair Exchange pages you have open and calculates the expected value of matched bets. It is available only to authenticated YAUPICKS members.

What data we handle

• Your login. When you sign in, your YAUPICKS email and password are sent over an encrypted connection to yaupicks.com to authenticate you. The password is never stored by the extension.
• Your session. After you sign in, a session token is stored locally in your browser so you stay logged in. It never leaves your device except to authenticate requests to yaupicks.com.
• Bets you choose to log.When you tap “Log bet”, the bet details you confirm are saved to your own YAUPICKS account so they appear in your tracker. Nothing is logged without your action.
• Odds on pages you open. The extension reads odds from the bookmaker and Betfair pages you open, in order to run its calculations. This data is used on your device and to compute your bets; it is not collected into a profile.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use the data for any purpose unrelated to running RaceEdge and your tracker.
• The extension does not download or run any remotely-hosted code.

Where your data lives

Your session token is stored locally in your browser and is removed when you log out. Your logged bets are stored in your YAUPICKS account on our servers, alongside the rest of your member data, and are covered by the main YAUPICKS privacy policy.
