"I cancelled my trial and got charged anyway"
Cancel any time. Support cancels on request at any point; the self-serve Cancel button on your account page unlocks 48 hours after you join. A cancellation takes effect as soon as you confirm it, and every one is confirmed directly with our billing provider before you are shown a confirmation screen. The whole path is written out, step by step, on our cancellation page, so you can check it before you sign up rather than after. If you believe a charge on your account is wrong, email support@yaupicks.com with your account email and our team will review it.
"They kicked members out of the group"
In July 2026 we removed a group of members for breaches of the community rules every member agrees to, after documented warnings from our head coach. Some of those members left angry reviews. We stand by protecting the community, and anyone who believes their removal was a mistake can email support@yaupicks.com for a review of their case.
"Scam-checker sites give yaupicks.com a low score"
Automated scam-checker tools had classified yaupicks.com as an online casino, which it is not, and those scores then fed each other. We disputed this with the source. Gridinsoft has since removed the classification and its blacklist entry, and now places the domain in its "Trusted but Verify" band with zero provider warnings. That is their label, not ours: check the report yourself rather than take our word for it. A separate problem rides on the same search: people offering, for a fee, to recover money from YAUPICKS. We hold no member funds, so there is nothing for anyone to recover, and that page explains how the approach works.
"It is expensive compared to alternatives"
Fair opinion. You are paying for daily promo walkthroughs, software, and a staffed community rather than a spreadsheet and a forum. You can judge part of it without paying us at all: the matched betting calculator is free and public with no account required, and so are the bonus bet calculator, the dutching calculator and the odds converter. The 7-day free trial exists so you can judge the rest of the difference yourself before paying anything, and you can cancel it any time.

What results do members get?
There is no typical result and nothing we publish is a forecast. Results vary with your capital, your time and how quickly bookmakers restrict your accounts. Matched betting lowers risk, it does not remove it: mistakes cost money.
How does YAUPICKS make money?
YAUPICKS earns from the membership fee and from the optional Inner Circle mentorship. We do not earn from member losses and we are not paid by bookmakers.

Two main sources: automated scam-checker sites that misclassified us as an online casino (we are not one, and those classifications have been disputed and corrected), and members removed from the community for breaking the rules after documented warnings. What happens if I cancel my trial?
Cancel any time. Support cancels on request at any point; the self-serve Cancel button on your account page unlocks 48 hours after you join. If you cancel during a trial, the trial runs to its end date and no charge is taken. Every cancellation is confirmed directly with our billing provider before we show you a confirmation. How do I cancel?
Sign in, open your account page, and press Cancel Subscription. You pick a reason, leave a short note, and confirm. The button unlocks 48 hours after you join. Before that, or if anything gets in your way, email support@yaupicks.com and a human will cancel it for you.
What is the Inner Circle?
Our optional mentorship tier: structured one on one coaching on top of the standard membership. Inner Circle is by application. The call is there to qualify you, and we do not accept everyone. Pricing is set on the application call because the plan is built around your capital, time and goals. The guarantee: If you do not make back what the Inner Circle costs within 90 days, you get a full refund plus $1,000.
