Cancelling is self-serve and takes effect as soon as you confirm it, at any point in a trial or membership. There is no waiting period, and every cancellation is confirmed directly with our billing provider before you are shown a confirmation screen. If you believe a charge on your account is wrong, email support@yaupicks.com with your account email and our team will review it.
"They kicked members out of the group"
In July 2026 we removed a group of members for breaches of the community rules every member agrees to, after documented warnings from our head coach. Some of those members left angry reviews. We stand by protecting the community, and anyone who believes their removal was a mistake can email support@yaupicks.com for a review of their case.
"Scam-checker sites give yaupicks.com a low score"
Automated scam-checker tools had classified yaupicks.com as an online casino, which it is not, and those scores then fed each other. We disputed this with the source. Gridinsoft has since removed the classification and its blacklist entry, and now places the domain in its "Trusted but Verify" band with zero provider warnings. That is their label, not ours: check the report yourself rather than take our word for it.
